CheckoutBUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the immediate 5 days of purchase date. The Seller must be notified of the results straight away by e-mail at: info@frenchieskingdom.com
A failure to do so will result in the termination of this Puppy Health Guarantee (Guarantee). While in the Buyer's custody, the puppy should be provided with routine preventive care, such as annual physical examinations and follow-up veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.
PUPPY HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy is sold with a one-year Health Guarantee. This Guarantee starts at the date of purchase and only covers fatal and life-altering congenital diseases, which can affect the health of the dog. In the unlikely event of the dog's death, the Buyer will pay to have the dog autopsied to ascertain the reason of the dog's death. The postmortem must be performed by a veterinarian specializing in pathology and the results e-mailed to: info@frenchieskingdom.com
This Guarantee does not cover the dog's health conditions that are generally accepted as typical for the French Bulldog breed (*see the list below).
This Guarantee does not cover any veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering.
The Seller will not give any refunds. The Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred by the Buyer. The Buyer will be aware that this covers all visits to veterinarians, and understands that he/she will be fully responsible for all medical expenses made. The Buyer will be aware that a puppy may need more vaccinations and will agree to provide them. Until the vaccination protocol is fully completed in order to protect the puppy from getting a contagious disease, the Buyer should not bring the puppy to dog parks or any other places where the puppy can be exposed to other potentially unhealthy dogs. The Buyer understands that though the puppy is vaccinated as necessary up-to-date at the time of purchase, more vaccinations will be needed to establish full immunity to contagious diseases. The Buyer acknowledges that the French Bulldog is a brachycephalic breed that requires specialist veterinarian attention, especially when it comes to any type of surgery and respiratory problems. Any surgery that the dog will be undergoing should be done in the presence of a veterinarian majoring in anesthesiology or brachycephalic breeds.
Should the dog show a health problem, the Seller must be notified of this within 24 (twenty four) hours, and provided by the Buyer with two written reports from two different licensed veterinarians from two different clinics certifying the same very problem. Veterinary documents should be immediately e-mailed to: info@frenchieskingdom.com

In the case of the puppy's replacement, the puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition (other then the specified problem as the reason for the return) at the Buyer's expense. A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The Buyer acknowledges that the replacement puppy may not be of the same markings and/or body structure as the initially purchased puppy. Replacement of the puppy can take up to 6 (six) months from the date of the replaced puppy being returned to the Seller.
Any problems which may come as a result of a surgery, occurred during the surgery or during the post-surgery period, or come as a result of an injury / incorrect lifestyle / inadequate feeding / incorrect veterinarian treatment / breeding / shipping (in case the dog was shipped to the Buyer) are not covered by this Guarantee.
A puppy is sold without an AKC registration unless the AKC full breeding rights were purchased by the Buyer from the Seller at the time of signing this Contract for an extra $500.00. The Buyer understands and agrees that receiving of the registration may take up to 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
